Damage and Shortage Claims:
Inspect all items upon delivery or pickup. Report any damages or shortages within 48 hours to info@sweethomeimprovements.com with photos and order details. No claims after 48 hours. Do not install damaged items; altered items are not eligible for replacement.
Product Characteristics:
Wood cabinetry may show natural color changes, graining differences, mineral streaks, and variations, which are not defects. Cabinets may feature visible finger joints, which are standard. Wood expansion and contraction due to environmental factors are normal and not covered under warranty.
Order Confirmation and Payment:
Review quotes and designs carefully before confirming orders. Orders are final once confirmed and cannot be changed or canceled.
Delivery and Pickup:
An authorized adult (18+) must be present to receive deliveries and provide a signature. Verify all items upon delivery; signed delivery tickets confirm receipt. If unavailable, drivers wait up to 15 minutes; additional delivery attempts may incur fees. Deliveries are curbside; assistance with unloading is required. Ensure delivery locations are accessible.
